Return/Exchange Policy
Should you have any issues with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Returns are ONLY accepted if an error on our end occurs. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges! Please be sure you are selecting the correct unit and the correct sizing.
To be eligible for a return when an issue on our end occurs, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days after order is processed and fulfilled. Please allow a 18-30 business day processing time on all pre order units and a 7-10 business day processing time on ready to ship units! Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding all holidays.
After the package is dropped off at the carrier, MaesMuse is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods during mail transit. We ask that you contact USPS if an incident occurs.
Please be sure to list the correct shipping address and email address with your order!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be made within the first 48 hours of completing a purchase. After this time frame, please note that the Refund/Exchange Policy will go into full effect!
